1. Main machine (mechanical molding)
Before starting, check whether all parts of the appliance are normal. Check whether the die holes of the two rollers are aligned. If not, open the gear cover, loosen the six screws on the adjusting disk on the passive gear, and rotate the passive roller forward and backward to align the die holes of the two rollers. Tighten the screws. The distance between the work rolls should be kept between 0.5-0.8mm. If it is too large or too small, the passive rolls, bearings and wire drawing can be loosened and adjusted. After adjustment, tighten the screws and wire drawing.
After the production is finished, check whether the working surfaces on the double rollers are matched. If there is an error, you can remove the large gear cover and loosen the screws of the outer ring of the passive roller gear for adjustment.
2. Host machine (hydraulic forming)
First check whether the electrical appliances are working properly and whether the steering of the rollers and hydraulic mercury is turning in the forward direction. Then check whether the die holes of the two rollers are aligned, and the distance between the two rollers should be between 0.4-0.6mm. If it is too large or too small, it should be adjusted. If the mold holes of the two rollers are not aligned, open the gear cover, loosen the six screws of the adjusting disk on the passive gear, and turn it forward or backward to adjust. Tighten the screws after the adjustment. If the distance between the two rollers is large or small, the four adjustment wires on both sides of the passive (moving) shaft and the active wheel should be adjusted. After everything is normal, the mechanical oil should be added to the reducer. Add hydraulic oil to the hydraulic mercury tank. Start the pressure test, which means that the bottom of the pressure adjustment is 9MPa and the high pressure is 12MPa. After everything is normal, the test machine can be started for production.
If the clutch slips during production, the fixed wire on the three-jaw frame can be adjusted to adjust the angle of the mixing blades on the two shafts according to the output to ensure that the main machine uses materials.
If you need to add accessories (adhesion, waterproof), you can add in the mixer.
During normal work, make sure the belt does not deviate. If the belt is not correct, adjust the front and rear roller bearing closing threads.
First of all, start the belt to adjust the slackness of the belt, because the belt must not deviate, and then adjust the size of the gate according to the production volume of the molding machine, so that the amount of supply is not less.
