The structure of the powerful ball press mainly has three parts: the transmission part, the feeding part, and the forming part.
Transmission part: The main transmission system is: motor-delta belt --- reducer --- open gear --- roller. The host is powered by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is transmitted to the drive shaft via a pin-pin coupling via a pulley, a cylindrical gear reducer. The active and passive shafts are synchronized by open gears. There is a hydraulic device behind the passive bearing seat. In the hydraulic protection device, a high-pressure oil is driven into a hydraulic cylinder by a hydraulic pump, and the piston is axially displaced. The front joint of the piston rod is pressed against the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.
Feeding part: It mainly realizes quantitative feeding to ensure that the material enters the pair of rollers evenly. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is decelerated by a pulley and a worm
The device rotates to force the pressed material into the main feed port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, when the amount of material held by the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the host, a constant supply pressure can be maintained to stabilize the pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the electric of the feeding device is overloaded; if the feeding amount is too small, the ball will not be formed. Therefore, skilled operation skills are an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the ball.
Forming part: mainly refers to the host part, the core part is the roll. When the feed between the two pressure rollers is too much or it enters the metal block, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is overloaded by pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open and return, and the piston rod will be displaced. Enlarging the gap between the pressure rollers allows hard objects to pass through the pressure rollers, and the system pressure returns to normal, which can protect the pressure rollers from damage. The machine can adjust the pressure according to the requirements of the ball density, and the production is flexible.

Repeated restart of the dome is usually caused by the power of the power supply is too low to drive the dome to work normally. First use a multimeter to test the power supply voltage of the dome camera. It must be measured with the load turned on to determine whether there is a power supply problem. It is important to note that the power consumed by the outdoor dome when the heater is on and not on is very different. The maximum power of the dome must be considered when supplying power to ensure that the power supply equipment is sufficient to drive the dome to work.
Dome video images are constantly scrolling on the monitor. This phenomenon is mostly caused by video synchronization problems. Most of the 24VAC domes are automatically synchronized according to the phase in the AC power supply. The dome menu can be adjusted to select the phase automatic synchronization function. If the automatic synchronization fails due to the power phase, you can manually set the phase value in the dome menu to solve the synchronization problem.
When the dome rotates irregularly, first check whether the center equipment has malfunctioned, and then check whether the dome menu has activated the random scan mode. If the above steps are normal, most of them are caused by uninterrupted transmission of garbled information due to interference of the data communication line. The interference mainly comes from electromagnetic interference on the transmission path, and the optical transceiver may also have deviations during the photoelectric reduction.
